How does the $500/week on-time credit work?

If we miss the agreed completion date in your contract, we credit you $500 for every week we're late. It's written into the contract before you sign. We're the ones with skin in the game, not you.

What does 30/60/10 mean?

30% at signing locks your start window and begins engineering. 60% at construction kickoff when materials arrive and the build starts on site. 10% at final walkthrough after you inspect and approve the completed building. Every milestone is written into the contract.
